Respect people in reference material
Use images and other references only when you have permission. Do not use a person’s identity or likeness in a deceptive, exploitative, or harmful way. Clearly disclose AI-generated media when context could otherwise mislead viewers.
Safety review
We use automated safety controls to review generation requests and generated results, including controls applied by our AI service providers. A request may be rejected before generation, and a result may be blocked before it is delivered.
Reporting and appeals
To report prohibited content, email support@aifruitvideo.com with the subject “Safety report”. Include the relevant page or generation details, the reason for your report, and a reliable way to contact you. We review reports and may ask for more information.
If you believe a safety decision was incorrect, contact the same address and ask for a review.
We prioritize urgent reports involving child safety, credible threats, or imminent harm. We review reports in good faith and handle them as confidentially as reasonably possible. Deliberately false or abusive reports may lead to enforcement.
Enforcement
We may reject inputs, block or remove outputs, limit or suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, or operate the service safely.
