AI Fruit Video is an independently operated creative service. AI Fruit Video is responsible for handling the data and privacy requests described in this policy.

• Stories, selected or uploaded character and scene references, and video settings used to fulfil a generation request.
• Generated videos and technical records needed to create, store, secure, deliver, and troubleshoot them.
• Account and session information supplied by our authentication provider when you sign in.
• An email address when you subscribe for updates or contact support.
• Basic device, request, security, and diagnostic information needed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
• Analytics information when the applicable privacy choice permits it.

We use information to provide video generation, deliver results, authenticate users, answer requests, protect the service, understand reliability, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not use stories or uploaded references in custom analytics events.

When analytics is active, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and product outcomes. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interactions through diagnostics such as heatmaps and session recordings. Custom analytics events never include your Story, email address, uploaded file names, uploaded or generated media, media URLs, job identifiers, visitor identifiers, or free-form errors. Clarity automatically masks values entered into form fields.

Optional analytics and advertising storage start denied where a choice is required. Before advertising is enabled, AI Fruit Video will publish a Google-certified consent message that supports IAB TCF 2.3 for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Your choice does not block generation, playback, or support.

You can review or withdraw a saved choice at any time. The same consent service will show the options available for your region.

AI Fruit Video does not currently load live ads. If Google AdSense is enabled in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies to collect, receive, and share information needed to serve, secure, and measure ads. Google’s use of advertising cookies may enable Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this site and other sites, subject to your consent and regional settings. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Personalized ads may use prior activity to tailor advertising. Non-personalized ads use contextual signals and may still use storage for functions such as frequency limits, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention. Limited ads avoid personalization and use more restricted data processing; Google may use invalid-traffic-only storage if that optional serving mode is enabled. The consent message will reflect the available serving mode before any live ads load.

If additional advertising vendors are enabled, this policy and the consent message will identify or link to the applicable vendor information before those vendors are used.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, request verification, AI generation, media storage and delivery, email, analytics, and security. They process information for those services under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. Data may be processed in countries outside the one where you live, with protections required by applicable law.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, including service delivery, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and provider. You may ask us to delete information associated with you. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or the exercise or defence of legal claims.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact support@aifruitvideo.com with the request and enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

AI Fruit Video is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

We use practical technical and organisational measures designed to protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
