AI Fruit Video is the name of this independently operated creative service. AI Fruit Video is responsible for handling the data and privacy requests described in this policy.

• Stories, selected or uploaded character and scene references, and video settings used to fulfil a generation request.
• Generated videos and technical records needed to create, store, secure, deliver, and troubleshoot them.
• Account and session information supplied by our authentication provider when you sign in.
• Purchase status, transaction identifiers, and credit-ledger records needed to provide and reconcile paid features.
• An email address when you subscribe for updates or contact support.
• Basic device, request, security, and diagnostic information needed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.

We use information to provide video generation, deliver results, authenticate users, answer requests, protect the service, understand reliability, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.

We process personal information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in protecting and improving the service. Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Third-party AI service providers receive the prompts, settings, reference media, and related technical information needed to fulfil a generation request. We do not use your stories, uploads, or generated results to train AI models. External provider practices vary.

Uploaded reference media and generated results are private by default. AI Fruit Video and relevant service providers access them only as needed for generation, delivery, support, abuse prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Stripe or Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment information, depending on the checkout offered to you. AI Fruit Video receives transaction identifiers, payment status, and related purchase details, but does not receive your full card number.

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and product outcomes. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interactions through diagnostics such as heatmaps and session recordings. Depending on your privacy choice, these services may use optional storage or receive limited cookieless measurements. When optional analytics storage is pending or denied, allow-listed product events may still be sent without analytics cookies or cross-page session continuity. Custom analytics may include controlled product settings, journey steps, counts, and a random purchase transaction identifier used to avoid counting a completed purchase twice. It does not include your stories, uploads, generated media, email address, account ID, or video task IDs. Clarity masks values entered into form fields and receives custom event names without these event details.

Tutorial cards request preview images from YouTube. The embedded player is created only after you press play and uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Once you play or open a tutorial, Google may receive device, request, and playback information under its Privacy Policy.

The homepage video showcase embeds players from TikTok. When the video showcase loads near your viewport, your browser requests those players from TikTok before you choose a video to play. TikTok may receive device, request, and playback information under its TikTok Privacy Policy.

Optional analytics storage starts denied where a choice is required. If you reject it, that optional storage remains disabled while limited cookieless measurement may continue. Your choice does not block generation, playback, or support.

You can review or withdraw a saved choice at any time.

You may unsubscribe from optional updates at any time by contacting support@aifruitvideo.com. This does not affect essential billing, security, or service notices.

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, request verification, AI generation, media storage and delivery, email, analytics, and security. They process information to provide those services and under our instructions where applicable. Data may be processed in countries outside the one where you live, with protections required by applicable law.

Uploaded references may be reused for up to seven days and are scheduled for deletion seven days after upload. Physical removal may take additional processing time. Generated results are retained as needed to provide history, playback, support, and recovery. Payment, purchase, and credit-ledger records are retained for seven years after the transaction, and longer where required by applicable law. At the end of that period, they are deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is legally required.

We retain account data, generation history, and generated media while your account remains active. You may ask us to delete your account. After we receive and verify the request, we will delete that account data, history, and media within 30 days. Security, dispute, and legal records may be kept longer when required or permitted by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact support@aifruitvideo.com with the request and enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We respond to verified requests within 30 calendar days unless applicable law permits additional time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

AI Fruit Video is for people who are at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it when appropriate.

We use HTTPS, access controls, and managed-service safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Where legally required, we will notify the relevant authority within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay.

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
