Using AI Fruit Video

By accessing or using AI Fruit Video, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You keep the rights you have in stories and reference material you submit. You give AI Fruit Video and its service providers the limited permission needed to process, store, transform, and deliver that material for generation, support, safety, and security.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Fruit Video does not claim ownership of your generated results. You may use results created as a visitor or with Gift Credits or Paid Credits for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit and for how you use generated results. Generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material produced for someone else. Review each result before you publish, share, or rely on it. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, or freedom from third-party rights claims.

Video generation relies on third-party AI model providers. Their availability and behavior may affect the service.

The service shows the credit cost before you submit a generation. A later price change may affect future requests, while the quote you accepted for a submitted request remains fixed.

Paid Credit prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are handled through Stripe or Waffo Pancake, as identified during checkout. The active checkout provider may require additional information.

Each Paid Credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction. By completing checkout, you authorize the amount shown at checkout. A Paid Credit pack does not automatically renew or automatically recharge. Paid Credits are added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.

Credits belong to the account that receives them. They cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash except through an eligible refund. Paid Credits from a one-time pack expire two years after successful payment. The validity period is shown before checkout.

Contact support@aifruitvideo.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund of the remaining unused Paid Credits from that purchase. If some credits have been used, we refund only the unused portion and remove the refunded credits from your account. Credits already used for generation are not refundable. Any additional rights required by applicable law still apply.

A refund, chargeback, or other payment reversal removes the corresponding Paid Credits. If this creates a negative Paid Credit balance, generation is unavailable until the balance is resolved.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@aifruitvideo.com before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

We do not permanently consume credits without a playable result. A definite generation failure returns the reserved credits. If generation succeeds but the media cannot yet be delivered, credits may remain reserved for up to seven days while recovery is available. After that window, you can return them from your generation history.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, or when required by law.

If an account is terminated for a user’s violation, remaining Credits and refund eligibility are handled based on the circumstances, this refund policy, and applicable law.

If we permanently terminate an account for our own reasons and the user has not violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we will refund the remaining unused Paid Credits.

Contact support@aifruitvideo.com to request account deletion. We will remove your account, generation history, and media where reasonably possible while retaining records needed for payments, security, legal obligations, or disputes. Remaining credits are removed with the account. Before deletion, we will tell you to request any refund available under the 14-day policy above. If you proceed without requesting it, the remaining credits are no longer refundable after deletion.

We may update, limit, or temporarily suspend features when reasonably needed for safety, reliability, legal compliance, or maintenance. We may restrict access when these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are violated. Contact us if you believe an enforcement decision was incorrect; requests are reviewed by a person.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Fruit Video’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid to AI Fruit Video in the six months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new update date. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
