• Describe what happened and what you expected.
• Include the page and approximate time of the problem.
• Never email passwords, full card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

For a billing question or a refund of remaining unused Paid Credits, email us from the address connected to your account within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchase date and a receipt or transaction identifier if available. Never send full card details.

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by email. Include enough information for us to identify and verify the account. Before deletion, we will tell you to request any eligible Paid Credit refund first. Remaining credits are no longer refundable after the account is deleted. The Privacy Policy explains what records may need to be retained.

For copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights concerns, identify the content and explain the right involved. The IP & Copyright page lists the information needed for a complete report.
