Do credits expire?
Subscription credits are issued monthly and expire at the end of each monthly credit cycle, for both monthly and annual plans. They do not roll over. One-time packs remain valid for 2 years. Gift credits do not expire. We use the paid credits that expire soonest first.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes. All four one-time packs remain available without a subscription. Subscribers can also buy packs when their monthly credits run out.
What do paid credits unlock?
Subscription and one-time paid credits work across every enabled model, with Paid Queue access and watermark-free paid generations. Credit usage depends on the model and settings.
How do cancellation and renewal work?
Plans renew automatically every month or year, depending on your billing choice. Use Manage subscription to cancel before the next billing date. Annual plans continue issuing monthly credits through the prepaid year; each batch expires monthly. To change tiers or billing intervals, cancel renewal and choose a new plan after your current subscription ends.
